LEAD INVESTIGATOR TEAM

  • Kate Davis
  • Dr. Kate Davis is an Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Texas A&M. Dr. Davis has worked for the past 11 years on advancing cyber physical modeling and analysis capabilities in power systems. Prior to joining A&M, Dr. Davis was a Software Engineer and Senior Consultant for PowerWorld Corporation and with University of Illinois (UIUC) Information Trust Institute (ITI) as a Research Scientist. Her expertise includes large scale modeling, analysis, and simulations of cyber-physical critical infrastructure, with particular emphasis on security-oriented system analysis techniques. She has been working to facilitate transition to practice of state-of-the-art cyber-physical situational awareness capabilities for power utilities. She joined TAMU in July 2017.
  • Ana Goulart
  • Dr. Ana Goulart is an Associate Professor in the Electronic Systems Engineering Technology program at Texas A&M University, and currently serves as coordinator for the Electronic Systems Engineering Technology (ESET) program. She has worked on several industry and federally funded projects related to real-time communications, cybersecurity, and cyber-physical systems. Her re- search interests include wireless communication protocols for Internet of Things (IoT), cybersecurity of smart grid systems, public safety emergency communications, and engineering education.

  • Rakesh Bobba
